## Common questions

### How much do I earn?

Commissions are configured per partner — either a flat fee per closed deal or a percentage of the deal value. We'll confirm yours on approval.

### When do I get paid?

Once the deal closes and the client pays, your commission is marked earned. Payouts are issued via your preferred method (Zelle, PayPal, ACH, check).

### How are referrals tracked?

Through your unique referral link or by submitting leads directly in your dashboard. Every lead is tied back to you automatically.

### Is there a limit?

No cap. Refer as many qualified leads as you'd like — the more deals close, the more you earn.
